In the works
When we went to Ashley's birthday party in Longview I saw a quilt that her mother had purchased for her. It was the most awesome appliqued quilt that I have seen, so.... I decided to make my own and think it's great. It will take a while to finish since I applique by hand, don't like machine stitches. I hope to have it finished in time to enter it in the fair. Please let me know what you think.

My first post
Today I decided to spread out and share my quilts and baby warmers with others. I started them about 6 months ago and stay pretty busy making and selling baby quilts and warmers. They are made to order and I sew mainly with fleece and minky. They make the most cuddly blankets you can find. I make different sizes depending on how much a person wants to spend. They range from 24x24 to 48x60 and then I make an animal to match the blanket. My little animals have a sack inside that you remove and warm in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then place back in the animal. I have been told that when placed on the babies tummy it soothes and calms the baby. I make lambs, dogs, bunnies and ducks in the baby warmers. In the large animals that wrap around your neck I make dogs, cats, monkeys and lions. I will post more pictures later.
